He is super-efficient. If he says he’ll do it, he will, and on time. His ability to listen and take notes simultaneously is insanely good, and then distributing the notes in a way that makes sense is genius.
Another incredible ability of his is that he not only listens but understands. If he needs more clarification, he makes it a point to check his understanding. He has a great awareness of what diversity and inclusion mean and is comfortable around people from all different backgrounds. It’s just calm, easy, and lovely to be around him!
